Private yoga session: IN-PERSON 60 MIN/30 MIN OR LESS TRAVEL FOR INSTRUCTOR

This offering is for a 1 hour one-on-one private yoga session that's located within 30 minutes from my home. It includes (optional*):

• Initial 30 min consultation
• Annual assessment with thorough intake interview and/or questionnaire
• Annual customized working plan with midpoint check-in and update

*Option to negotiate lower rates if a less formal approach is requested

Sliding scale pricing options are available. Choose under 'Tiered Pricing' when booking. HST is excluded.

You may wish to purchase a package, which will allow you to purchase a certain amount of sessions at a discounted rate (the more you purchase, the lower the cost per session). Get in touch directly if you're interested in taking advantage of this.
