Private yoga instruction: IN-PERSON 60 MIN/60 MIN TRAVEL FOR INSTRUCTOR

This offering is for a 1 hour one-on-one private yoga session that's located one hour away from my home*. It includes (optional):

• Initial 30 min consultation (prior to first session)
• Annual assessment (completed at initial intake and then every year should you wish to continue)
• Quarterly check-in assessments
• Customized working plan updated quarterly

Sliding scale pricing options are available. Choose under 'Tiered Pricing' when booking. HST is included.

You may wish to purchase a package, which will allow you to purchase a certain amount of sessions at a discounted rate (the more you purchase, the lower the cost per session).
